This is a three minute short about playing a visual novel style dating sim as 3 different characters. If you want to see Hideyoshi once again, being hit on by guys who really don't buy that Hideyoshi is a guy then I guess watch it. There really isn't much to say about this it has nothing relevant to the main story and seeing how it is three minutes you aren't missing anything really. If you were stressing about not seeing this yet, don't. You can skip it and feel comfortable knowing you didn't really miss anything. With all the other ONAs and OVAs for thisshow, this one doesn't matter in the slightest.
This is a short three minute promotional video in some kind of animated visual novel (VN) format. There are three separate and short skits. There's one of Akihisa talking with VN Hideyoshi, one of Akihisa talking with a VN Hazuki and one of Hideyoshi talking with a crossdressing VN Akihisa. It doesn't really add anything to the story and the VN format means that the jokes are slower than normal and that the animation is less interesting. Overall I wouldn't recommend this this ONA/special but if you really like the series/characters then you might still enjoy it. Since it's only three minutes you might as wellgive it a shot, not like you have much to lose.
