keiichi hara is goat he nailed the concept of war and (that certain unexpected scene). I'll never be able to forget it. doing something of that calibre in a shin movie is ballsy move. i only have praise and good things to say about this movie but before plan into watching it there less comedy in this one well there is some here and there (hey it is shin chan movie ) cuz it is like total 4 - 6 comedy sequence and rest of it is actually a serious war story. plus the crowd animation whis is a super hard thing to do in2d but still they did a very excellent job animating a 2d crowd and animating efffing horses and a efffing car is just ridiculous thing to do. overall definitely a worth watch even if you are not a shin chan fan you will still find this one good if you are able to manage your expectations for this kinda shows and in the ende wtf was that kazama and shin chan scene in the beginning💀

This is an amazing Shin Chan film! This is by the same director as Adult Empire Strikes back, which is the most acclaimed Shin Chan film. This is literally the next film the director made right after that. This one is sadly very overlooked, probably because it is a Sengoku Japan period piece (Shin Chan gets sent back and time and is protected by a samurai). Very very interesting, funny, intense and dark film, has so much to say about how people of the Japan's modern era (of the time) can learn from the suffering and also the bravery of the Sengoku era. Actually beautifuland really dark and screwed up too... Great film!!
