Enjoy your 6 minutes of looking at Chizuru in sexy outfits and situations. All of her is shown here from the best camera angles one can film. Prepare to be attacked by bare boobs and ass, hoping the screen can contain all that ecchi and raunchiness. These specials are voiced and animated, that means hot moans, salacious poses and sexual plays, all in order to make the audience horny. Noizomu and the mommy have one small appearance each, if you like them. Fans of Kanokon will love it, the only downside being that not all girls appear but that would be impossible in a 6 minutes show, havingmain girl is enough.

Man... what a strange thing. If the main Kanokon series was already extremely focused on fanservice, the Kanokon: Manatsu no Dai Shanikusai specials seem to take that element and push it to the extreme. There's practically no concern for narrative, character development, or any other aspect that would normally help sustain a story. The objective is clear from the start: deliver as much ecchi as possible in a few minutes. And that's precisely my biggest problem with these specials. Much of the content revolves around embarrassing situations, accidental physical contact, and scenes created exclusively to sexualize the female characters. Kouta spends a good portion of his time involvedin absurdly convenient situations to generate fanservice, while the other characters serve almost as tools to create new suggestive scenes. What bothers me isn't even the existence of ecchi itself. There are several works in the genre that manage to balance humor, romance, and fanservice in a fun way. The problem here is that practically nothing else remains. When you remove the visual appeal, there's very little content left to analyze or engage with. At times, the specials go so far as to break the fourth wall just to create more opportunities for character exposure. This ends up giving the feeling that the work doesn't even try to disguise its intentions. It knows exactly which audience it's trying to reach and focuses all its efforts on that. Another aspect that always strikes me as odd is the dynamic between the characters. The entire series has an approach that now seems quite questionable at times, and these specials end up emphasizing this even more. As a result, many scenes that should probably be funny or provocative end up causing me more discomfort than amusement. Technically speaking, the animation is competent and the character design remains pleasing within the work's premise. The problem is that all this visual quality seems to exist only to sustain the fanservice. There's no interesting story behind it, no particularly deep characters, or conflicts that really matter. In the end, I had the feeling of watching something that lives exclusively off its ecchi appeal. For those seeking exactly that, perhaps the specials perfectly fulfill their purpose. For me, however, it lacked practically everything that makes an anime memorable besides its provocative scenes. As ecchi, it delivers exactly what it promises. As a narrative work, it leaves much to be desired. Aqui praticamente não existe preocupação com narrativa, desenvolvimento de personagens ou qualquer outro aspecto que normalmente ajudaria a sustentar uma história. O objetivo é claro desde o início: entregar o máximo de ecchi que conseguirem em poucos minutos. E é justamente aí que está o meu maior problema com esses especiais. Grande parte do conteúdo gira em torno de situações constrangedoras, contatos físicos acidentais e cenas criadas exclusivamente para sexualizar as personagens femininas. Kouta passa boa parte do tempo envolvido em situações absurdamente convenientes para gerar fanservice, enquanto as demais personagens servem quase como ferramentas para criar novas cenas sugestivas. O que me incomoda não é nem a existência do ecchi em si. Existem várias obras do gênero que conseguem equilibrar humor, romance e fanservice de maneira divertida. O problema aqui é que praticamente não sobra nada além disso. Quando você remove o apelo visual, resta muito pouco conteúdo para analisar ou se envolver. Em alguns momentos, os especiais chegam ao ponto de quebrar a quarta parede apenas para criar mais oportunidades de exposição das personagens. Isso acaba dando a sensação de que a obra nem tenta disfarçar suas intenções. Ela sabe exatamente qual público está buscando atingir e concentra todos os seus esforços nisso. Outro aspecto que sempre me causa estranhamento é a dinâmica entre os personagens. A série inteira possui uma abordagem que hoje me parece bastante questionável em alguns momentos, e esses especiais acabam enfatizando ainda mais isso. Como resultado, muitas cenas que provavelmente deveriam ser engraçadas ou provocativas acabam me causando mais desconforto do que diversão. Tecnicamente falando, a animação é competente e o design das personagens continua sendo agradável dentro da proposta da obra. O problema é que toda essa qualidade visual parece existir apenas para sustentar o fanservice. Não existe uma história interessante por trás, nem personagens particularmente profundos ou conflitos que realmente importem. No final, tive a sensação de estar assistindo algo que vive exclusivamente de seu apelo ecchi. Para quem busca exatamente isso, talvez os especiais cumpram perfeitamente sua função. Para mim, porém, faltou praticamente tudo o que transforma um anime em algo memorável além de suas cenas provocativas. Como ecchi, ele entrega exatamente o que promete. Como obra narrativa, deixa muito a desejar. Nota: 4/10.
