Bueno, review time for this 3 episode OVA, I wonder what took it is sooo long for the last 2 episodes to appear? And OH! My Goodness why did studio AIC decide to make an OVA 3 years after the last OVA prequel? Eh, who cares, so what we have here is a 3 episode OVA which is a bundled volume of 42, 43 and 46. Frankly, nothing has change it still follows the same genre so for this OVA's category list: Story, Art, Character: I gave all of it a mediocre 5. Reason, nothing has change it still follows the same genre, it still about theromance between Belldandy and Keiichi with Urd and Skuld on the side the only consolation here was in the 2 and last episode was the introduction twin newbie goddess bitches Eir and Saga. Whom at first wants to challenge Belldandy, even mocking her but in the end the two were proven to be useless even at the last episode of the OVA. The art, so far was still the same, the only difference here is Urd who doesn't sport a sexy look on the last episode. Sound: Fair 6. Though most of the seiyuu's in this OVA are still the usual, but them seiyuus simply don't have that younger appeal anymore, I kinda like the seiyuu's who did Eir and Saga voices and so is the opening theme, the closing...not much. Enjoyment and Overall: Decent 4. The enjoyment for this OVA is decent enough to be enjoyed, but overall this OVA is not bad, but not good enough at all. It would have been better if studio AIC should have made a season 3, and replace the seiyuu's with new ones since like I've said the usual seiyuu's don't have that younger tone anymore. If AIC wants to maintain the usual seiyuu's for such season, then it would be advisable to level up the character's, like Kiichiy graduated, Keiichi and Belldandy got married, Urd got promoted, Skuld grows up and get into a relationship, things like that could reinvent the series as a whole. Then gain who am I kidding, like that gonna happen.

3-4 years later we finally get this adaptation that somehow saved the show XD dissapointing but kinda acceptable to watch? I know this adaptation covers the "Old Future" arc of the manga. The central themes of romance, comedy, and fantasy persist in this adaptation. The story continues to focus on the relationship between Keiichi and the goddess, nothing that we didn't watch before. I appreciate that the character designs and visuals are updated compared to the earlier adaptations, *mostly* preserving the essence of the original manga. Again, while there might be an overarching narrative, individual episodes may not always contribute significantly to a continuous plot, similar to the earlier adaptations/parts of this anime, you can just avoid episodes. If you were a fan of the earlier adaptations, the 2011 series could offer a satisfying continuation of the story.
